Cleaning, changing linen, laundering and consumables are separate tasks. We agree departure, arrival and availability before accepting a job.
Your cleaning plan: tasks and intervals agreed in writing
Before we start, we specify which rooms and surfaces we will clean and how often each task will take place. We expressly include any additional services. This lets you see exactly what your quote covers.
How do we prepare your quote?
Floor area alone does not determine the cleaning work required. Usage, furniture, surfaces, dirt and access also matter. Before providing a quote, we visit your property, whether residential or commercial, for one-off and regular jobs alike. Together, we assess its condition and clarify the tasks, surfaces and access arrangements.
