Which frequency suits you?
Two options side by side. Change the cost per visit independently for each option.
How we calculate
Annual visits = active weeks × visits per week. For a fortnightly schedule, we round half visits up. Annual costs = visits × price per visit. The monthly average is the annual amount divided by twelve, not a promise of a monthly invoice. Specific calendar dates and public holidays are agreed in the quote.

Distinguish between actual spending and the value of your own time.
Limits of this personal calculation
For private households, you can set the time value at your discretion, including zero. A business staffing calculation also needs to account for non-wage labour costs, absences and organisation. This model does not show those costs separately. Tax relief is not included.
