A low total price tells you little if the scope of services is unclear. Check which rooms, tasks and intervals are offered. Additional work, materials and access should also be clearly discussed.
How often should an office be cleaned?
Not every room needs the same frequency. Shared washrooms, kitchenettes and rarely used meeting rooms have different requirements. A useful cleaning plan therefore considers how each area is used.
This information helps us prepare a cleaning quote
Property and location
Tell us the property type and postcode. An approximate floor area or number of rooms helps with an initial assessment. If you do not know the floor area, leave it blank.
Tasks and frequency
Note the rooms and tasks you want cleaned. Describe whether you want a one-off or regular clean. For regular visits, a preferred frequency helps.
Access and times
Have suitable time slots and a contact person ready. Access codes or key details should not be included in an initial enquiry.

Record each area separately
Go through the shared areas of your property. Note, for example, the entrance, stairs, landings and lift. List any additional tasks you want separately.
Agree the frequency
Assign a preferred frequency to each task. Note special features such as limited access times or different surfaces. This provides a basis for discussing the scope.
Note the departure and next arrival. Also tell us how to access the apartment. Actual appointment availability then needs to be agreed.
Plan linen separately
Distinguish between changing existing linen and laundering it. Record who will supply clean linen and consumables. This keeps the cleaning scope clear.
